When you access ''Sleep Tracker'', we collect technical information from the devices you use. The information we collect includes, but not limited to log files, device type and operating system. This includes helping us understand how users interact with the ''Sleep Tracker'' services, the stability, and performance of the services. These companies may use device-specific advertiser identifiers, cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your interactions with the Services and other websites and applications.
You can turn off the advertisement serving technologies in the settings of the device that you are using. If you turn the advertisement technologies off it will not limit the function of the Services and affect your user experience.

When you use Tracker service or other services activating Tracker service, we may collect information including:
the time you start and stop to use the Tracker service;
your sleep pattern generated by the Tracker service, which may include the time you need to fall asleep, the time you are asleep, the time you are awake, and other related data;
any sound collected by your device when you activate Tracker service IF and ONLY IF you consent.
The audio recordings will not be uploaded to our server at any time without your consent.
5) Information you give us
You may be asked to provide us information about yourself when you use the services. This information includes data directly/indirectly relating to your sleep (i.e. recording clips of your sleep, and your sleep schedule).
Especially, sleep recordings you don’t give us proactively won’t be collected.
2. How we use information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
1) Improve, personalize, and develop the services
We use the information we collect to improve the Services and to develop new features. we need these information to understand how users interact with the ''Sleep Tracker'' services, the stability, and performance of the services etc.
2) Providing Products and Services
In general, Personal Data you submit to us is used either to respond to requests that you make, or to aid us in serving you better. Your sleep data is necessary for us to generate your personalized report and tailor-made recommendation for you to improve your sleep.
3) Communicate with you
We use your information when needed to send you Service notifications and respond to you when you contact us.
We guarantee that the information we collect will never be sold.
4) Marketing, advertising and recommendations
Your personal data may be used to offer surveys, competitions, discount coupons or events in which you are free to participate. We may provide you with information on our Products, such as new features, sales offers from Sleep Tracker or our Partners, or to announce new Products.

4. About Sleep Sound Recordings
When you use Sleep Tracker, the sounds you make while you sleep will be collected and divided into different categories. The process of collection and identification is performed on your device. The audio recordings will not be uploaded to our serverand recordings are just saved in your device.

5. Your rights

6. Our Policies for Children
We appreciate the importance of taking additional measures to protect children's privacy. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13.

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will inform you of any changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy through the mobile applications. If we make any material changes to our Privacy Policy, we will post a notification through the mobile applications and/or by asking you to review the changes to the Privacy Policy the next time you access the Services.
